Drawing just 5 mA, E3 Embedded processors can directly drive the buzzer without additional hardware. The buzzer board operates from either 3.3V or 5V sources. The buzzer can be driven from processor PWM resources on either SPIP-5 or SPIP-6 pin headers (jumper selectable). Sound level is 75 dBA at 5V.
