The board operates at either 3.3V or 5V supplies. In addition to supporting time and date functions, a wide array of alarm functions with interrupt capabilities are supported (month, day, hour, minute, day of week). Additionally, periodic alarms are available with rates varying from ½ second to monthly. Date and time format are BCD coded hour/minute/second, month, day, year and day of week.
