Typical applications include automatic operation of lighting, security and robotics applications. The board operates from a 3.3 Volt supply and provides a digital output state change when the presence of humans or large animals is detected. The sensor has a 41 degree detection cone from the face of the sensor. This board can either be mounted directly to the PIEP motherboard or can be remotely mounted with E3's remote mount kit. This board is compatible with all 3.3V compliant PIEP processors. Refer to the EKMC1601112 data-sheet for additional details.
